A number of documents on the site are provided in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. To view them, you will require a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not already have a copy, you can get Acrobat Reader for free from the Adobe website, or read advice on accessibility of Acrobat documents for disabled users. Please note that PDF files may take some time to download.
Some documents are also provided in Microsoft Word (.doc), Excel (.xls) or Powerpoint (.ppt) format. If you do not have a copy of these Microsoft products installed on your computer, you will require a special viewer to read them. They are available free of charge from the Microsoft website.
