Councillor Healy
Councillor Healy is a retired Nursing Sister, having worked as a District Nurse for 20 years. She was a Field Teacher and District Nurse R.G.N., community practice teacher in the community and obtained a District Nurse Certificate.
She has been a Borough Councillor for Eastbourne since 1993, Chair of the Housing Committee, Deputy Mayor of Eastbourne, 1996 - 1997 and Mayor of Eastbourne 1997 - 2000. Councillor Healy represents Eastbourne – Cavendish and has been a member of HOSC since October 2003.
